Abetong
The Abetong Long Line System is based on a 24-hour production cycle which features curing in the moulds prior to demoulding and destressing.	After one day’s curing the concrete beams are cut into individual sleepers at Abetong’s sleeper factory in Sweden	The main line railway sleepers are cast in quadruple sleeper moulds placed one after the other in the beds.
Abetong concrete railway sleepers are produced under licence at 35 factories all over the world. This photo is from the stockyard at Maba Hungaria, one of Abetong’s licensees.	Research and development is essential for Abetong’s development of concrete railway sleeper production and design methods.

Pandrol Rail Fastenings
The PANDROL FASTCLIP rail fastening is a pre-assembled system, developed in response to the growing need for fast, efficient track installation and reduced maintenance costs.	PANDROL VIPA has been developed to attenuate vibration and secondary noise through a two-part resilient pad system.	FASTCLIP FD is a simplified system for railways operating low or medium density operations, on rail sections of 50kg or below and at speeds generally less than 120km/hr.
VANGUARD is a revolutionary new way of supporting rail in slab, viaduct and tunnel applications.	PANDROL's e-PLUS utilises the in 'e' clip assemblies and the two-piece insulator concept developed for FASTCLIP.

PLASTWIL
The SB-W1 elastic rail-fastening system consists of an SB3/3 cast iron anchor, SB4 spring clip for rails, WKW60 electro-insulating hold-down pad, PWE shaped cushion, concrete sleeper and a rail.	The new PWE cushion is characterised by its high absorption of dynamic loads (over 50%) and resistance to repeated loads; this is related to the change of static and dynamic rigidity. Shanghai Suyu Railway Fastener
SUYU Railway Fastener is a leading manufacturer in rail fastening systems.	Our products have been BV and SGS inspected, and are ISO9001-2008 accredited.	The spring sheet system uses the Nabla clip together with an insulator, rubber pad and bolt.
We produce various kinds of fishplates for different rails, including the UIC54, UIC60, GB50, S49, 115RE and 136RE.	SUYU also manufactures different types of rail anchors.

Sika
In Erfurt, Germany continuous undersealing of rails with Icosit® KC 340 reduced vibration by 40%.	In 1986, the baseplates of the lawn track in Fellbach, Germany were supported by Icosit® KC 330, resulting in an extremely quiet and aesthetically attractive system.	The baseplates of the crossover of the Heathrow Express in London were undersealed with Icosit® KC 330 in situ for maximum precision and riding comfort.
In Memphis, Tennessee, the very basic suspension of heritage trolleys necessitated maximum vibration absorption through an embedded rail design with Icosit® KC 330.	In Tuen Mun, Hongkong, the light rail vehicles have run on vibration-absorbing Icosit® KC 330 since 1987.
