TSTG Schienen Technik (a member of the voestalpine group) supplies the most modern rails for the railway industry. As a producer of flat bottom rails in national and international profiles, we also supply rails for switches and crossings, grooved rails including special sections, crane rails, steel sleepers and other special products for individual applications.

Even today we manufacture quality products to meet the ever-growing demands placed upon them by load and economics. We look back on a tradition in development and production of more than 100 years, and are recognised as being one of the leading manufacturers of rails worldwide.

We fulfil the quality requirements of both national and international rail standards for general qualities; wear resistant special grades up to head hardened material. Furthermore, hand in hand with our customers we develop special purpose material for specific applications.

In co-operation with certified rail welding shops, rails in any length up to 360m from three 120m rails butt-welded together "Just in Time"

"Just in Time" deliveries are planned exactly to the minute: rolling and finishing, welding, transport and, if required, unloading on site are available as part of a network of production and logistic processes performed with respected partners to give you the advantage.

On the basis of your technical descriptions, we will draw up your bending plans, rail layout and laying schedules. The calculations are effected on CAD facilities of the latest technical standard. We bend rails keeping to exact dimensions in accordance with your specifications or those radii we calculate.
