Тема: MEMO for the signaling electricianMEMO for the signaling electrician Dimensions for installation of signaling devices 1. Dwarf traffic lights (up to 1100 mm in height): between tracks - 1920 mm from the track axis, on stretches or at outer and separate station tracks - 3100 mm from the track axis. 2. Mast traffic lights: between tracks - 2450 mm from the track axis, on stretches or at outer and separate station tracks - 3100 mm from the track axis. If traffic lights are installed on curved sections of the route, the given distances are increased in accordance with the current instructions for the use of building clearances. H. The depth of pits for traffic light foundations must be such that the upper plane of the foundation (for masts - the hole for inserting the commutation) is located relative to the level of the rail head (URR) in accordance with the following dimensions: - dwarf lens at the station - 390 mm higher than UGR; - mast lens at the station - at the level of the rail head; - mast lens on the stretch - not lower than 810 mm from the UGR and not higher UGR. 4. Bridges and consoles: - distance from the traffic light bridge post to the track axis - 3100 mm; - the distance from the bottom of the traffic light cradle to the UGR in electrified areas is 8000 mm, in non-electrified areas - 5800 mm; - the distance from the cradle to any part of the contact network that is energized is 1200 mm. 5. Installation of traffic lights in relation to isolated joints: - as a rule, they are placed in an alignment with insulating joints; - with a 2-way automatic blocking with one-way train movement, the shift of iso-joints in the direction of train movement is allowed no more than 10.5 m and against the direction of movement - 2 m; - with 1-way automatic blocking at paired installations and at entrance traffic lights, the iso-joints can be shifted in both directions by no more than 2 m; - on station tracks used for receiving and departing trains in both directions, isostaps are placed at the minimum permissible distance to the limit column (3.5 m), and exit and shunting traffic lights are located at the distance closest to isostaps according to the conditions of the approach clearance of buildings so that the distance between the iso-joints and the traffic light did not exceed 40 m. 6. Relay cabinets: - the RS on the side of the road is placed parallel to the nearest track at a distance of at least 3100 mm from its axis; when installing the RS between tracks, its width must be at least 6200 mm; - RS is placed in front of the traffic light at a distance of 1100 mm. 7. Choke transformers: - at the station - 1150 mm to the inner edge of the rail when installing the DT no higher than 110 mm in relation to the UGR; - on the stretch - 1030 mm to the inner edge of the rail when installing the DT below the UGR by 100 mm. 8. Travel boxes (installed so that their bottoms are 125 mm below the UGR for boxes of types TYA-1, TYA-2 or 165 mm for boxes of type RYA-1): - 1145 mm to the inner edge of the rail for all types of boxes when installing the PU perpendicular to the track; - 1190 mm to the inner edge of the rail for a box type TYA-2 when installing it along the track; - 1255 mm to the inner edge of the rail for boxes of type TYA-1 and RYA-1 when installing them along the track. 9. Cable couplings - 1250 mm from the center of the coupling to the inner edge of the rail when installing the coupling no more than 200 mm above the UGR. 10. Cable racks (bootlegs) - 740 mm to the inner edge of the rail when installing the rack below the UGR by 100 mm. 11. Shunting columns: - on the side of the road - 3100 mm from the track axis; - between tracks - 2450 mm, while the width of the tracks must be at least 5410 mm. ARROWS 1. Malfunctions of turnouts when movement along the turnout is closed: - separation of switch points and movable cores of crosspieces with rods; - the lag of the point from the frame rail is 4 mm or more, measured at the point against the first link with the pointer in the locked position; - spalling of the tip, which creates the danger of the ridge running over, and in all cases, chipping in length: on main tracks - 200 mm or more, on receiving and departure tracks - 300 mm or more, on other station tracks - 400 mm or more; - lowering of the blade against the frame rail by 2 mm or more, measured in a section where the width of the blade head at the top is 50 mm or more; - the distance between the working edge of the crosspiece core and the working edge of the counter rail head is less than 1472 mm; - the distance between the working edges of the counter rail head and the guard rail is more than 1435 mm; - break of the blade or frame rail; - fracture of the crosspiece (core, guard rail or counter rail); - rupture of the counter-rail bolt in a single-bolt or both in a two-bolt insert. 2. Plays in hinge joints: - gate - working rod, control line - control rod, control rod - shackle no more than 0.5 mm; - working rod - switch rod, switch rod - shackle no more than 1 mm; - backlash and loosening of bolts in fixed joints are not allowed. H. The pitch of the wit, measured against the first switch rod, must be at least 147 mm. 4. The gap at the root of the rotary tip must be at least 4 mm; there may be no gap at the root of the flexible tip. 5. Cable network, indoor installation 1. When measuring with minimal installation disconnection, the insulation resistance of the circuits must be no less than: - 25 MOhm for the electrical circuit of one traffic light; - 5 MOhm for single and 2.5 MOhm for double arrow; - 2 MOhm of relay and supply ends of rail circuits with DT; - 20 MOhm of relay and supply ends of rail circuits with an isolating transformer; - 25 MOhm for the shunting column circuit; - 25 MOhm per one signal point for linear circuits of coupling circuits with automatic blocking, notification circuits, crossing automation circuits... 2. If the insulation resistance of the circuit does not meet the standard, then an additional measurement is made and the installation is turned off. When the installation is disconnected, the insulation resistance of each cable core, calculated per 1 km of its length, must be no less than: - 100 MOhm for cables with impregnated paper and polyethylene insulation; - 40 MOhm for cables with PVC insulation. H. The metal sheaths of the cables must be reliably insulated from the bodies of relay cabinets and traffic light masts with insulating sleeves, gaskets and washers; the insulation resistance of the cable sheaths must be at least 10 kOhm. 4. The insulation resistance of the power supply with the connected installation of all mounted devices must be at least 1000 Ohms per 1 V of the operating voltage of the power supply. 5. Resistor values for testing grounding alarms: - alternating 24 V - 18 kOhm; - constant 24 V - 22 kOhm; - direct and alternating 220 V - 180 kOhm. Moving 1. Automatic and semi-automatic barriers are installed at a distance of at least 6; 8; 10 m from the outermost rail, depending on the length of the barrier beam - 4; 6; 8 m. The beam in the closed state should be at a height of 1 - 1.25 m from the surface of the road. Crossing signal traffic lights are installed at a distance of at least 6 m from the outermost rail; when installing 4 barriers - 10 m. 2. Visibility of crossing traffic lights: - on straight sections at least 100 m; - on curved areas at least 50 m; - duration of combustion and break 0.75 (+/- 0.15) s. H. Electric drive of barrier type ASh: - DC electric motor SL571K; - operating voltage 24-28 V; - operating current no more than 3.0 A; - current when working on friction 4.5-5.0 A; - the time for raising and lowering a beam with a length of 4 m is 7-9 s, with a length of 6 m up to 12 s. 4. Electric drive of barrier type PAS, ShA: - AC electric motor AIR-56 (single-phase windings); - operating voltage 220 (+5, -10%) V; - operating current 2.65 A; the beam lowering time is no more than 10 s; Main tolerances of electric drives PAS, SHA: - the roller of the hinge joints of the hydraulic damper should not have wear on the working surfaces on one side of 0.8 mm, or a decrease in diameter as a result of wear (double-sided wear) of more than 1.2 mm; - wear of the holes of the eyes of the lower hinge and the head of the piston rod is allowed no more than 3 mm; - wear of the thrust surface of the electromagnetic coupling should not exceed 0.5 mm; - wear and undercut of the teeth of the output end of the worm gear shaft - open gear gear, measured at the point of maximum wear - no more than 0.3 mm; - the angle of deviation of the barrier beam from the vertical position (the angle of activation of the hydraulic damper) is 10-15 degrees, is set by the manufacturer and is not subject to adjustment under operating conditions; - deceleration time for lowering the barrier from the moment the notification is given - 13-15 s; - deceleration time to turn off the power to the electric motor - 18-25 s. 5. Device of crossing barriers (UZP): - electric drive of the EP-UZP type ensures the lifting of the front beam of the cover from the level of the road surface by 0.4-0.5 m in a time of no more than 5 s; - the forced closing force of the raised lid must be at least 150 kg; - the time between the complete lowering of the beam and the raising of the UZP covers is 7-13 s; - when working with friction, the electric motors turn off after 10-12 s; - the maximum current of the MST-0.3 electric motor (with single-phase power supply) should not exceed 3.6 A at a rated voltage of 190 V, and when operating on friction - 180 V; - the axes of the KZK sensors are located parallel to the planes of the UZP covers at a height of 950-1200 mm from the plane of the covers, the length of the control zone of the KZK sensors is 0.5 - 10 m; - the DC voltage at terminals 23 and 43 of the BBK connector should be 40(+2/-4) V, and the alternating current voltage at the input of the BBK unit should be 31(+1.5;-3) V. Rail chains 1. ShCh employees are entrusted with carrying out work on the acquisition, monitoring of good condition, maintenance, repair, replacement of: - an electric drive set, including an inter-point rod with fastening to the earrings; - working rods with fastening to the inter-point rod and the gate hinge; - control rods with attachment to the earrings of the wits and control lines of the electric drive; - foundation angles with their fastening to the connected strip of the headset, frame rails and insulation; - connected strips of headsets; - butt rail connectors at stations (except spring and scraper-spring). 2. The welded connector is considered faulty and must be replaced if: - destruction of the weld; - presence of traces of thread burns; - breakage of cable strands of more than 30% of the cross-sectional area; - loose compression of the cable in the cuff; - the possibility of breakage of the connector with the appearance of a maximum permissible gap in the joint, the maximum permissible gap in the joint design is 22 mm with a hole diameter in the rails of 36 mm and 24 mm with a hole diameter of 40 mm; - location of the weld less than 15 mm from the rolling surface. H. Installation of throttle, jumper and electric traction jumpers: - jumpers are attached to sleepers and bars with brackets made of galvanized wire with a diameter of 4-5 mm every 40-60 cm; - in the places of fastening the cable must be fitted with gaskets made of vinyl chloride tube; - in places of transition under the rail, jumpers are attached below the base of the rail by 30-50 mm; - at the rails, jumpers are laid with a reserve in case of rail theft; - at the isostup, the jumper is connected to the rail at a distance of 100 mm from the lining so that it cannot touch the isostup lining; - the distance between the centers of the nearest holes should be no more than 200 mm; - to prevent corrosion, steel jumpers and connectors must be cleaned of dirt and lubricated with used machine or transformer oil. 4. The gap between the ends of the rails in an iso-joint should be within 5-10 mm, the side insulating gaskets should protrude from under the metal linings by 4-5 mm. 5. The thickness of the insulating gasket between the earring and the point must be at least 4 mm, and the thickness of the additional metal gasket must be no more than 3. 6. Grounding device: - all metal structures located closer than 5 m from the contact network must be grounded; - with alternating current electric traction, grounding is performed with a round steel wire with a diameter of 10 mm; - grounding conductors must be insulated from the ground by laying them on wooden blocks and also by covering the entire length twice with Kuzbasslak; - if it is necessary to lay a grounding conductor under the rails, a rigid attachment to a wooden sleeper must be provided; for reinforced concrete sleepers, the conductor under the rails is laid in insulated pipes; - grounding conductors and places of their connection to rails, diesel engines and grounded devices must be accessible for control; - connection of grounding conductors to the rails should be carried out only mechanically without welding: to the DT under a bolt, to the rail using a hook bolt; - the signaling electrician, when jointly checking with the electric control worker the spark gaps of the contact network supports and the ISSO, must make sure that they are in good condition; this check is carried out 3 times a year (before, in the middle and after the thunderstorm season); an inspection of the connection of suction feeders to the track circuit is carried out by ECh employees together with a ShCh representative once a year. 7. The insulation resistance of the primary winding relative to the DT body must be at least 0.5 MOhm, and the secondary winding at least 25 MOhm. 8. The ballast specific resistance standard is 1 ohm*km for double-strand rail circuits, 0.5 ohm*km for single-strand and branched rail circuits, and for shopping malls - according to the standards established in the regulation tables, but not less than 0.1 ohm*km. Traffic lights 1. Visibility of traffic lights: - red, yellow, green lights of entrance, warning, passage, barrier traffic lights, cover on straight sections of the route day and night - at least 1000 m; - on curved sections of the route, the readings of these traffic lights are 400 m; - in very rough terrain (mountains, deep excavations) - less than 400 m, but not less than 200 m; - exit and route traffic lights of the main routes - at least 400 m; - exit and route traffic lights of side tracks, invitation and shunting ones - at least 200 m; - route and light signs - at least 100 m. 2. The voltage at the terminals of the lamp holders of lens traffic lights, green luminous stripes and light indicators must be within the limits: - daytime mode 10.5-12.0 V; - DSN mode 4.5 (+/-) 0.5 V. H. At EC posts, the output supply voltages of traffic light lamps are: - “Day” - 220 V; - “Night” - 180 V; - “DSN” - 110 V. 3. Signal relay deceleration time: - entrance and route traffic lights 3.0-6.0 s; - weekends 4.5-6.0 s (ShTs-24/31 dated 05/02/06). 5. Flashing lights of train traffic lights have a burning duration of 1 s, a break of 0.5 s (+/-) 20%. ALSN, SOUTH 1. ALSN currents: - with autonomous traction - 1.2 A at an ALSN current frequency of 50 Hz and 1.4 A at 25 Hz; - with alternating current electric traction - 1.4 A at an ALSN current frequency of 25 Hz. 2. The time parameters of the ALSN codes are determined by the duration of the 1st interval, the value of which should be in the range of 0.12-0.18 s. H. In SAUT track devices, the discrepancy between the measured data of the lengths of the loops and those indicated in the technical documentation should not differ by more than 5 cm. The jumpers to the rails are laid strictly perpendicularly and without a reserve of loops within 1.0 m from the rail, bends and a reserve of loops are laid on a distance of at least 1300 mm from the nearest rail. 4. Operation of SAUT waypoints is not allowed at loop currents of less than 0.4 A and more than 0.6 A, which corresponds to a voltage at the generator control terminals of 0.8-1.2 V. 5. The voltage at the control terminals of the track generators should be within 9-15 V. Power supply devices 1. The rated AC voltage of the power supply of signaling devices must be: - power feeders 220 or 380 V; - traffic lights, respectively, in day and night modes 220 and 180 V; - route signs 220 V; - track circuits 220 V; - control circuits arrows 220/127 V; - indicator lights of the control panel, respectively, for day and night modes 24 and 19.5 V; - LED display lamps 6 V DC; - voltage of local elements of travel relays 110 V, 25 Hz for relays DSSh-13, DSSh-13A, DSSh-16; - in all cases, voltage deviations are allowed no more than (+5, -10)%. 2. The minimum and maximum currents for pulse recharging of the battery in automatic voltage regulation mode should not differ by more than 10% from the load current. H. Permissible heating temperature: - contacts of tubular fuses - no more than 70 degrees C; - contacts of the packet switch (switch) - no more than 50 degrees C. The correct phasing of power supplies is checked from the main and backup feeders, as well as from the DGA. At stations where the switches are equipped with electric drives with three-phase electric motors and the input panel does not have a phase control device for phase control, checking the correct phase rotation is supplemented by checking the operation of the switches when the EC is powered from different feeders, including the DGA. 5. The charge rectifier for the control battery, consisting of 12 batteries, must provide a battery voltage of 25.2-27.6 V. 6. The voltage of the supply rectifiers for electric motors of turnout electric drives is measured when moving the arrows; its value should be in the range of 220-231 V. 7. Diesel generator unit (DGA): - there must be sufficient quantities of fuel, oil and water in the DGA room; - DGAs equipped with automatic starting devices must be in hot standby mode (oil and water temperature not lower than +35 degrees C), room air temperature +10 degrees C; - starting the EGA into operation is allowed at oil and water temperatures not lower than + 8 degrees C; - test run and switching on of the load is carried out in the following order: first the second feeder is turned off, and then the first power feeder, after which the DGA is automatically turned on, the DGA is turned off by turning on the first (main) power feeder; - the height of the generator brushes must be at least 15 mm, the starter brushes must be at least 12 mm. Batteries 1. Mixing acid and alkaline batteries in the same room is not allowed. 2. Electrolyte level in batteries: - type C and ABN-72 1.5-3.0 cm above the upper edges of the plates; - ABN-80 type - 3.0-4.0 cm higher; - type OpzS. Opzl. - between the upper and lower marks indicated on the battery tank; - type 5 KPL70P (5NKLB-70m) 25-30 mm above the contact strips. 3. Electrolyte density should be: - type C – 1.20-1.21 g cm3; - type ABN-72, ABN-80 – 1.23 g/cm3. In areas where the temperature in winter is less than -30 degrees C, the electrolyte density must be increased to 1.26-1.30 g/cm3; - type ABN-72N - 1.26 g/cm3; - OR type - 1.25 g/cm3 at a temperature of 20 degrees C; - OPSE type - 1.26 g/cm3 at a temperature of 20 degrees C; - type OpzS Opzl at a temperature of +20 degrees C 1.24 g/cm3 at a temperature of -20 degrees C 1.275 g/cm3; - type 5KPL70P (5NKLB-70m) - 1.19-1.21 g/cm3. 4. The voltage of acid batteries is measured with the alternating current turned off using a battery probe with a load. The voltage of a charged battery, measured with a load, should not be lower than 2.0 V. In buffer mode, the voltage of each battery should be 2.1-2.3 V. 5. The minimum voltage of alkaline batteries should not be less than 1.08 V. The nominal voltage of the unit should be 6.0 V, and of one battery - 1.2 V. The voltage of a battery of 10 cans is 15.2 + -0.05 V, from 11 cans - 16.7 +- 0.06 V. UKSPS 1. Installation of KGN, UKPS, UKPS-U sensors: - the distance from the rail head to the bar of the KGN sensor closest to the rail is 65 mm, UKPSS - 90 mm, UKPSS-U - 65 mm; - height of installation of sensors from sleepers KGN - 120 mm; UKPS - at the level of the rail head, UKPS-U - 120 mm from the channel; 2. Standards for voltages and currents of control relays UKPS: - relay current ANSh2-2 = 0.2-0.37 A; - relay voltage ANSh2-37 = 1.8-2.6 V. 3. The gap between the ballast and the base of the rail across the entire width of the sleeper box must be at least 30 mm. 4. The force of destruction of the UKPSS sensor brackets should be 40-42 kN. 5. Work on maintenance and repair of UKPSS is carried out by two persons.
