Kirillova, leading technologist of the Moscow Railway carriage service The 9 operational carriage depots of the Moscow Road currently include 36 carriage maintenance points, 28 current uncoupling repair points, and the Stenkino II washing and steaming station, which is part of the Ryazan operational carriage depot. Today, more than 4.5 thousand people work in the carriage industry of the metropolitan highway. About 3 thousand of them are car inspectors. In 2006-2008, 686 million rubles were spent on investment programs for the development of the Moscow Railway's operational carriage facilities. This money was used to implement automated control systems for the technical condition of rolling stock on the KTSM train, charging devices and testing brakes UZOT-RM. Today, universal installations for changing absorbing devices, mobile small-sized complexes for servicing all types of wagons, presses for straightening manhole covers and doors, mobile installations for mounting and dismantling manhole covers of gondola cars, and jack installations are successfully used at current repair sites. Specialized wagon repair machines, gantry and overhead cranes, compressors, and welding equipment make work much easier. ![]() and the Moscow Road pays great attention to the development and implementation of diagnostic tools for rolling stock. There are 460 units of KTSM rolling stock control equipment of three modifications (01, 01D and 02) used on the road to determine the heating of axle boxes and braking of wheelsets, which are included in the ASK PS system. Currently, an automated "SKATE portal" system is being implemented on the road. This system, interacting with the systems of ASK PS, GID URAL and ASOUP, will allow you to quickly identify controlled trains and inventory numbers of "alarm" wagons in automatic mode. In addition, the dynamics of the development of alarming indications from KTSM monitoring devices will be monitored, and information from other diagnostic tools will be transmitted. A diagnostic post has been installed in front of the Bekasovo vocational training center at the Kresty station (Fig. 1). It includes an automated complex for measuring the geometric parameters of wheelsets (CTI), for detecting wheelsets with thin ridges and rims, and three diagnostic systems (Fig. 2): - automated control system of the automatic coupling mechanism (SACMA); - automated system for detecting defects on the wheel surface (DDK); - automated system for determining the negative dynamics of the carriage (ASOD). The latter were "reanimated" and put into operation in 2008. With the participation of the Road Implementation Center, work continues to improve these systems. Automated complexes for measuring geometric parameters of wheelsets have also been installed and are being successfully operated in front of Bryansk, Smolensk, Kurbakinskaya, Orekhovo-Zuyevo vocational schools (Fig. 3). However, these complexes are not enough for the road. In this regard, three more complexes are being implemented this year in front of the Rybnoye vocational training center, Kurovskaya and Bryansk-Lgovsky. ![]() Work continues on the implementation of an automated contactless wheelset monitoring system for the Express-Wheel train at the Rybnoye Vocational Training Center. Statistical data from the implemented automated acoustic emission control system for the condition of the axle box without rolling out the wheelsets from under the carriage continues to be developed at the Bekasovo MWRP. On the road, 36 UZOT-R and UZOT-RM installations are used to diagnose braking equipment and test brakes on freight wagons. As part of the research and development work in 2008, an automated system for diagnosing freight wagon brakes (ASDT) was introduced at Rybnoye Vocational Training Center. It allows you to identify faulty air distributors and constrictions in the brake line. ![]() The Railway Carriage Service pays great attention to the technical training of railway depot workers. The organization and conduct of technical training in the carriage industry of the Moscow Road is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Standard of JSC Russian Railways 1.21.001— 2007, as well as in accordance with the Regulations on the organization of technical training in the structural divisions of the Moscow Road. This year, a comprehensive survey of the existing technical base for training has been conducted on the road. |
