Sudan to Build High-Speed Railway

Southern Sudan is planning to construct a $7bn high-speed railway to Uganda.

The $3bn first phase is expected to run from Tororo to Gulu, according to railwaysafrica.com.

The second phase, at an estimated cost of $4bn, will cover the rail line in Sudan.
