Crossrail has invited bids for the construction of four stations, worth a total of £950m ($1.26bn), as part of the £14.5bn ($23.4bn) Crossrail project.
The station contracts are divided into smaller lots.
Lots one and two cover Bond Street and Tottenham Court Road stations, which are estimated to cost £200m ($266.8m) each, while Liverpool Street is worth £300m ($398m) and Whitechapel £250m ($333.5m).
Each station works include design development, general civil and building works, mechanical, electrical and piped services, architectural fit-out, and removal of temporary works installed by others, including maintenance of station systems.
The work at Whitechapel will be complete in six years, Bond Street station in five years, Tottenham Court Road in 46 months and Liverpool Street in 70 months.
The deadline for submission is 14 February 2011.
