Track spikes, clips and anchors conveyor

Toolequip Industries has been appointed Australian and New Zealand distributor for Racine Railroad Products and are proud to be able to offer their quality range of rail equipment, one of the latest being the OTM Reclaimer. This self propelled, single-operator machine uses magnetic conveyors to transfer spikes, clips and anchors from track surface to an onboard hopper at up to 80ft/min in work mode.

The hydraulically driven conveyors are comprised of two belts on the gauge side and two belts on the field side. The conveyors have independent lift capability to clear track structures such as switch frogs and crossings.

Being aware of the safety requirements in the rail industry, we also offer a maintenance program that allows us to provide a regulated service regime to ensure the equipment purchased is maintained in a safe manner. Periodical, annual and monthly servicing can be arranged to suit individual requirements, being organised either at the site / depot, or in our fully equipped workshop, depending on the need.

We are a warranty agent for most brands, and maintain and service all types of petrol, electric, hydraulic and pneumatic items. We are able to supply all types of hand tools, safety products and consumables and we do not limit ourselves in any manner.
