D-19 SKID-TYPE HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT

The D-19 skid-type hydraulic power unit features:

• Full instrumentation for easily monitor engine operation
• A safe, lockable tool storage area
• Sound suppression material to reduce noise
• Large capacity hydraulic cooler to extend unit life and offer operator comfort by reducing heat transfer
• Cooling capacity that meets or exceeds HTMA specifications

MULTI-PURPOSE GRINDER, MODEL GW-10-89-2

Portaco's GW-10-89-2 multi-purpose grinder accommodates 1in x 8in x 5/8in and 2in x 8in x 5/8in arbor stone and wheels. Benefits of this multi-purpose grinder include:

• Adjustable handle with trigger operation control
• No cable controls
• Shaft lock for easy stone removal
• Arm guides for safety
• Grinding head pivots 90° for multiple grinding positions

RAIL PULLER MODEL RP-10-82-O

The Rail Puller's function is to pull two lengths of rail together in preparation for thermite or boutet welds. PortaCo's rail puller is designed to operate at 2,000psi. It features:

• Low pressure system (2,000psi / 140bar)
• One-piece construction
• All controls in one appropriately guarded panel
• Fixed lifting eye locations supplied with custom sling
• Single control for clamping and pulling rail
• Accommodates 115lb to 141lb rails
• Capacity of 120t and six-inch maximum pull
• Hold valve to maintain rail position
• Trapped pressure valve to aid in connecting hoses - equipped with a bleed valve
• System pressure gauge and tons conversion legend

SWITCH BOLT HOLDER

Our new switch bolt holder provides:

• Easy compression for quick placement in confined places in the 'frog' or switches
• Versatility to accommodate two different bolt head sizes
• Reduction of back fatigue by eliminating the use of handheld wrenches
• Spring-loaded capability, to ensure it stays secure while removing or installing nuts

WELD-SHEAR MODEL WS-10-64-3

PortaCo's lightweight weld-shears trim Thermite or Boutet welds from rail. Features include:

• Steel frames
• Auto-cycle valves
• Lightweight
• Controlled shear speed
• Rapid retract
• Roller hold-downs for smooth operation
• Blades supplied

Replacement shear blades are also available.
