ICS Shelter can design, engineer and construct purpose-built transportable equipment shelters, modular buildings and switch rooms to your preferred size. We use a range of materials, including a full factory fit-out of all AC/DC electrics and cabling, superstructure, cooling equipment and environment management systems.

Onsite electrical contracting and civil services for the rail industry

ICS Field Services specialise in the provision of onsite electrical contracting and civil services, including installation of earth grids, shelter footings, mains supply connection, alternative ‘green’ power systems, room fit-outs, upgrades and expansions, cooling equipment and more.

Custom built cooling control systems

ICS Shop provides specialist parts, equipment and support for the maintenance and upgrade of existing equipment shelters, whether they originate from ICS Shelter or not. The SHOP has a specialist range of cooling equipment and custom built cooling control systems, and also provides sheet metal constructed racks and cabinets with optional custom matched cooling systems.

Multi-purpose turret and precision bending machines for railways

ICS Sheetmetal operates the latest AMADA LC-C1 multi-purpose turret with integrated laser cutting head and HDS precision bending machines through a networked virtual prototype simulation system (VPSS).

These are able to progress through the stages of draft design to 3D modelling and prototype, and then finished product in rapid time with precision results. We work with a vast range of materials and can deliver custom designed solutions for large and small roll-outs.
