NORD-LOCK has uploaded a white paper detailing its unique products, which ensure this is the case for your joints and bolts.
NORD-LOCK's wedge-locking bolt-securing system, which meets DIN 25201 regulations, utilises tension instead of friction to secure a bolted joint, making it superior to traditional methods. On one side the washers have cams with a rise greater than the pitch of the bolt. In addition, there are radial teeth on the opposing washer sides. The pre-assembled washers are installed in pairs, cam face to cam face.
