Running capability, from a fire-protection point of view, is the possibility for the driver or train operator to have full control over the location of the fire and its progress while running the train to a place where passengers can safely leave the train.

Consilium's aim is to always ensure full running capability. Therefore, the TS1000 offers full redundancy regarding communication between detectors, operator panels and the train's computer.
