GMUNDNER FERTIGTEILE, based in Ohlsdorf, Austria, is a producer of BODAN level crossing systems, SoBODAN noise protection systems and prefabricated station buildings.

The company is specialized in prefabricated reinforced cement concrete and polymer concrete and structures, used in the railway, traffic and energy fields.

Based in Austria, GMUNDNER FERTIGTEILE is owned by one of Austria's private construction and railway companies, STERN & HAFFERL, and the most important ready mix concrete supplier, ASAMER & HUFNAGL.

BODAN LEVEL CROSSING SYSTEMS

In 1973 GMUNDNER FERTIGTEILE introduced the BODAN level crossing systems as a licensee and became in 1984 owner of all BODAN patents worldwide.

In 1979 GMUNDNER FERTIGTEILE introduced the latest polymer concrete technology for BODAN panels and since 1985 the system is exclusively produced in our own patented polymer concrete GEFCON.

In 1996 GMUNDNER FERTIGTEILE has been certified by ÖQS for ISO 9000 as the first Austrian prefabricated parts producer.

LEBODAN LEVEL CROSSING SYSTEM

The LeBODAN System guarantees faster installation of the level crossing and can also be used in grooved rails in tramway and light train tracks.

SOBODAN SYSTEM - NOISE ABSORBING AND PROTECTION

As well as level crossing systems, GMUNDNER FERTIGTEILE has developed a noise absorbing system for railway tracks and noise protection walls for bridges, streets and highways.
