Topaz Integrated Technology is a private limited company established in 1997 with offices located in Kedah and Selangor, Malaysia. The company specialises in control system solutions for the transportation industry.

Railway control systems, engineering design and consultancy

Topaz provides railway control system solutions, engineering design and consultancy, enclosure fabrication and project management services. In collaboration with our clients, we strive for quality and affordability in delivering the end product. Railway electrical system integrations, power supply and PLC programming

At Topaz, our expertise is used in railway control systems such as electrical system integration, power supply and PLC programming. This is all in accordance to industrial standards such as IEC 61508.

Monorail switch actuator and control systems

Our portfolio includes the design, manufacture and commissioning of monorail switch actuator and control systems, which are used for monorail train auxiliary power supply, train depot power supply management and many more.

Railway control cabinets and enclosures

Topaz designs and fabricates control cabinets and enclosures that are specific to customer requirements. All products we produce are in line with IP 65 and EMC standard requirements such as BS EN 50121.

3D CAD modelling software

Our 3D CAD modelling software includes Solid Works. Our engineering designers are proficient in 3D complex form development, as well as the design of mechanical components and assemblies. Prototypes manufactured by our engineers allow for the testing and approval of all proposed designs.

Stress analysis of railway components and assemblies

Topaz provides in-house FE stress analysis of components and assemblies, material specifications, final manufacturing drawings and product life analysis.

Our RAMS services for reliability, availability, maintainability and safety/risk analysis are all in accordance with BS EN 50126 and IEC 62278. We also adopt industry-standard techniques such as HAZOP, PHA, FTA, FMEA, FMECA, etc.
