OEM-Teso is a state-of-the-art distributed automation, control and information system for rail applications. It comes after the culmination of years of research, development and extensive hands-on experience in the rail industry.

PC1 series programmable controller (PLC)

The ProTeso PC1 range of programmable controllers (PLCs) have been designed and manufactured to comply with EN50155 and meet the most demanding rail applications.

The ProTeso PC1 controllers are low profile. They are housed in rugged enclosures to reduce the effects of vibration. Field wiring terminations to the controllers are made via plug/socket cage clamp connectors with V0 flammability.

All controllers are equipped with an Ethernet port for connection to the LAN. Control and monitoring data is passed between controllers and to the train information management systems (TIMS). The controllers have been designed to operate on a wide range of supply voltage and in demanding environmental conditions, making them ideal for a broad range of applications in the rail industry.

Fieldbus connectivity is available by way of a range of gateways including CAN, PROFIBUS-DP and DeviceNet and next generation wireless connectivity using WiFi, Zigbee and 3G. Communications interfaces to most TIMS are also available.

PC2 series programmable controller (PLC)

The PC2 series programmable controller is a part of an innovative concept to integrate extensive functionality and DIN rail input / output modules to provide rail customers with a complete range of off-the-shelf solutions.

Through its integrated K-Bus coupler, the PC2 series provides direct access to the complete family of the WAGO-I/OSYSTEM 750 input / output modules. Modules include, but are not limited to, digital and analogue inputs and outputs, PWM and extra serials.

In addition, the PC2 is equipped with a comprehensive set of communications interfaces, LAN as well as fieldbus CANopen, PROFIBUS-DP and DeviceNet, making it possible to satisfy requirements for distributed data processing while providing local and remote control of applications.

CiTeso SCADA / HMI software studio

CiTeso Software Studio includes all the features of a modern SCADA system, including on-line and historical alarms, trends, scheduler, reports, communication drivers, OPC, database interface using SQL, remote management, math and more. It is scaleable so it can execute on everything from a cell phone or diskless embedded computer to a highly redundant server platform.

Users can monitor and control systems from handheld wireless PDAs, local PCs or remote computers over the internet, making CiTeso Software Studio the world’s most portable industrial automation interface.

The same development tool lets users create graphic interfaces for mobile devices or local HMIs, as well as building powerful Windows-based control and monitoring applications for rail applications.

EN50155-compliant programmable controllers for rail applications

The PC3 has been designed specifically for high reliability applications such as the rail industry. It has been designed and tested to the tough EN50155 standard.

The PC3 series programmable controller supports both the IEC 61131-3 and IEC 61499 international standards. With 10/100 Base-T ethernet capability as standard, the PC3 series programmable controller offers state-of-the-art communications capability.
