New High-Current Connectors for the Railway Industry from Phoenix Contact

The HV and UHV high-current connectors extend the product range of bolt connection terminal blocks with connectable cross-sections up to 240 mm².
The terminal blocks are designed for cable lugs in accordance with DIN 46234 and DIN 46235 and are available in bolt diameters from M5 to M16. They are also tested according to DIN EN 50155 and meet the shock and vibration requirements in the railway industry. The polyamide used in the production of these robust terminal blocks also meets the high requirements of smoke and fire behaviour standards for this industry.
