CLIPLINE complete is the constant line-up terminal system of PHOENIX CONTACT. So far unique to the market, the accessories fit all connection technologies: screw, spring cage, leg spring, fast connection. That lowers the storekeeping significantly and simplifies planning.

No matter which connection technology is demanded, CLIPLINE complete always provides the correct solution, including identical marking, bridging, component plugs, test plugs and whatever you need for accessories. A special accessory highlight is the patented plug-in bridge allowing the combination of all connection technologies among themselves. This means a maximum of flexibility and simplification for your application.

For all connection systems, there are connecting elements available in different versions, such as feed-through terminal blocks, multi-level terminal blocks, component terminal blocks, pluggable terminal blocks and function terminal blocks.

ST-COMBI: SPRING CAGE TERMINAL BLOCK WITH PLUGGED OUTPUT

PHOENIX CONTACT also offers a range of pluggable spring cage terminal block products: ST-COMBI - a modular, flexible and quick installation system.

A distinctive feature of this family is its plug-in contact. With the characteristic values 32A and 800V, ST-COMBI is a powerful system for signal and power wiring.

This pluggable solution is also available for free-hanging connections or with latching bolts for the direct fastening on predrilled mounting plates.

HEAVYCON: HEAVY PLUG CONNECTORS

HEAVYCON plug connectors save time and money as well as establish reliable connections for power and control lines in rugged industrial environments. All internal and external connections can be pre-wired at low cost and the male and female inserts can be selected optionally. There are HEAVYCON terminal adapters for connection within the control cabinet.

PLC (POWER LINE COUPLER) RELAYS FOR SIGNAL TRANSFER

Modern relay and opto-coupler interfaces are the safe basis for the reliable transfer of analogue and digital signals. Electrical isolation in combination with voltage, current and power matching provide for a trouble-free operation between the control unit and the sensor/actuator level. Depending on the application and priority, either inexpensive, sturdy relay interfaces, or fast, wear-free opto-couplers are used.

QUINT POWER: DC POWER SUPPLIES

The QUINT POWER product range offers universal DC power supplies from 60W to 960W. Depending on the type, regulated and adjustable different output voltages and currents are available. A high level of operational safety is also ensured by large capacitors buffering more than 20ms at full load.

The three-phase QUINT POWER units provide the complete output power even in the event of a continuous phase failure. Preventive function monitoring diagnoses an impermissible operating state and minimizes downtimes in your system.
