TUP-650H wheel lathe for Stockholm

In the last week of July, KOLTECH Ltd. signed a contract with SL Infrateknik AB, a company within AB Storstockholms Lokaltrafik (Stockholm Public Transport) for the supply and installation of an underfloor wheel lathe, model TUP-650H.
The lathe is for the workshop NYBODA in Stockholm. The contract is a result of 2-year offering work on the markets of Europe, and the success is the more bigger because it was achieved among a high grade producers of wheel lathes as: Hegenscheidt, Rafamet, Safop, Talgo.
The lathe TUP-650H is a version of the presently produced TUP-650, of permissible axle load 15 tons.
The lathe is scheduled to be supplied in August next year.
