HSW- Zaklad Sprezynownia is a leading spring manufacturer that has been recognized by clients in the Polish and international markets. We have been in the market since 1938 and therefore have more than 70 years of experience in the production of coil springs and suspension springs.

We manufacture high quality coil springs and suspension springs for machinery and other applications in the railway (particularly for locomotive, freight and coach bogies), mining, military, agriculture and power industries. Our goal is to be the global leader in coil spring manufacturing.

Suspension springs for coach and locomotive bogies

We are highly accomplished at manufacturing suspension springs fitted in freight and passenger coach and locomotive bogies. A particular speciality is the production of springs for Y25 bogies and their upgrades.

Customized coil springs

We have our own plant for designing and manufacturing coil springs according to individual clients' demands.

Push, torsion, pull and shaped coil springs

The primary products manufactured by our plant include:

• Push springs (compression) with wire diameters of 2mm to 60mm
• Torsion springs with wire diameters of 2mm to 20mm
• Pull springs with wire diameters of 2mm to 25mm
• Shaped springs with wire diameters of 2mm to 10mm

Precision hot-coiled springs

Precision hot-coiled springs represent 90%-95% of the entire production at our manufacturing plant. These require complicated technology and specialized appliances.

The company is in possession of a complete and modern stock of machinery for production of precision hot-coiled springs, and the technology and engineering applied here assures that these products meet the requirements of international standards.

ISO 9001:2008 certification for spring manufacture and design

We possess a number of certifications that demonstrate the high quality of our coil and suspension springs, including ISO 9001:2000 certification for the manufacturing and design of springs. We hold certificates of association from American Railroads No QA-HZSP (USA) and PKP CARGO (Poland) and are currently completing one for Deutsche Bahn.
