The depot TChPrig-4 Zheleznodorozhnaya followed by the derailment of lead car No. 13003405 on the unloading ostyak No. 113SO with all wheelsets. Circumstances: At 6:09 a.m., station duty officer K*** L.S. prepared a route for electric train No. 6902 from signal M101 to the prohibiting signal M41. At 6:19 a.m., station duty officer K*** L.S. prepared a route for electric train No. 6902 from signal M101 to the prohibiting signal M81. At 6:21 a.m., station duty officer K*** L.S. prepared a route for electric train No. 6902 from signal M41 to the prohibiting signal NM4 on the 4th departure track. At 6:00 a.m. At 22:00 a.m., station duty officer K*** L.S. noticed on the control instruments that section 105-107SP was occupied and began calling the driver of commuter train #6809, which was at signal #81. At 7:00 a.m., the driver of commuter train #6809 reported that the lead car #13003405 had derailed with all wheelsets on switch #113SO. The clearance of the adjacent track was not violated. Violations by transport personnel: Investigation underway. Additional information: Air temperature – +17℃, cloudy, no precipitation, northwest wind 2.6 m/s, air humidity 83.0% Electric train ED4M-0193, built 09.03.2007, overhauled 03.06.2021, registered at Kurovskaya railcar depot, TChprig26. At 7:39 AM, DNC-15, A.V. Markov, issued order No. 94 to lift repair train 8002. At 9:40 AM, work to lift car No. 13003405 of ED4M-0193 was completed. Station personnel information: Station duty officer K***L.S. – Higher education, in office since February 1, 2012; total experience in transport since July 19, 2004; risk group: "unlikely." Train Station Duty Officer L*** T.G. – Secondary vocational education, in office since October 13, 2016; total experience in transport since July 20, 1990; risk group: "unlikely." Shunting Dispatcher K*** D.A. – Higher education, in office since July 2, 2025; total experience in transport since September 1, 2022; risk group: "Group 1." Consequences: As a result, car #13003405 derailed. No injuries. Electric train #6809 cancelled. Electric train #6390 was delayed 16 minutes after departure.
