There were no injuries. Rail infrastructure was damaged. There is no environmental threat. Service on this section is suspended. Passenger train delays are expected. Three recovery trains have been dispatched to the site. Russian Railways has established a response team, chaired by First Deputy Chairman of Russian Railways Sergei Kobzev, to address the consequences of the incident. The cause of the incident is being investigated. |
