On January 17 at 10:12 local time, commuter train No. 7135 Novosibirsk-Glavny - Barabinsk and two long-distance trains, No. 97 Tynda - Kislovodsk and No. 91 Severobaikalsk - Moscow, were delayed between Kochenyovo and Duplenskaya stations due to a faulty overhead contact line support. The maximum delay for trains was 55 minutes.
Trains are currently operating on the adjacent track.
Railway workers are carrying out restoration work and are doing everything possible to reduce train delays.
The cause of the incident is being investigated.
