On July 19, 2025, at 2:16 AM, at Kultuk station, train #921 (7th century), traveling from Slyudyanka to Baikal, with locomotive L #3653 TChE Zima, driven by driver TChE Slyudyanka, was allowed to pass through the N3 (dwarf) traffic light with a red light, followed by a switch cut at switch #6. There were no injuries or derailments as a result of the crossing.
