A Moscow Railway recovery train is working at Shemyakino station to address the derailment of a TGM4 diesel locomotive and three cars.

Judging by the previous photos, the derailment of the locomotive and cars occurred at a switching point, and therefore, it is very likely, and preliminary estimates indicate, that the cause was passing a red signal.
