Car Derailment on the Chernyshevsk - Aleur Section of the Trans-Baikal Railway on September 21, 2025
On September 21, 2025, at approximately 9:30 PM, a freight train derailed on the odd-numbered track at 6578 km of the PK 7 section of the Chernyshevsk - Aleur section of the Trans-Baikal Railway.
⚠️The incident resulted in a one-hour delay for one passenger train and
seven freight trains delayed for three hours.
✅Train service has now been fully restored.
