German-based Vossloh has signed a ten-year framework agreement with Trafikverket, the Swedish transport administration, for the supply of in-sleeper actuation systems for switches and crossings on 12,000km of railway lines in Sweden.
The total contract value is over €100m ($127.6m), with an extension option of five years.
Vossloh will supply a customised version of the Easyswitch actuation system developed.
