Bathgate Station, part of Scotland's ВЈ300m ($469m) Airdrie-Bathgate rail link, will open in September this year.
The station can handle four trains an hour, with a journey time of 25min to Edinburgh and 45min to Glasgow, according to westlothiancourier.co.uk.
The station has a ticket office, two platforms, a footbridge, lifts and stairs and a 400-space car park.
The Airdrie-Bathgate rail link is intended to encourage drivers to use public transport rather than driving to city centres.
