China CNR to Form JV with Poland PKP Cargo

China CNR will form a joint venture with Poland PKP Cargo in Warsaw, the Polish capital.

The 50:50 partnership joint venture company will be involved in pre-manufacture work for Poland's train makers, according to chinaknowledge.com.

Tentatively named CNR-CARGO, the company is expected to have a registered capital of CNY2.06m ($301,024).

CNR also hopes to provide freight trains to the rest of Europe.
