US firm DRI Corporation will supply electronic information display systems for nearly 50 light railcars in the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo.
The order has been placed by Bombardier for its rail project in the city, as part of the preparation for the upcoming FIFA World Cup in 2014 and the Games of the XXXI Olympiad in 2016.
Delivery of the display systems has begun and is expected to finish by first quarter 2010.
Work is being carried out by the company's subsidiary, Mobitec Brazil.
