UK rail operator Network Rail has signed a joint venture with partners Colas Rail and Morgan Est as part of a £1bn multi-asset enhancement five-year framework.
The framework will be responsible for the management and delivery of work on Network Rail's stations, including civil work, electrification, power signalling, telecommunications and track work.
Each individual work package will be valued up to a maximum of £15m.
The two firms are among the 14 firms selected by the operator to carry out the project, which extends from 2009 to 2014.
