Siemens and German rail operator Deutsche Bahn are planning to jointly enter the rail business in the US.
It has been reported that Siemens will supply high-speed ICE-3 trains and transport technology and Deutsche Bahn the operational services.
The plan comes as the US Government plans a massive expansion on its rail networks, a report by news service Reuters said.
