A prototype for a new pedestrian wayfinding system was launched in London today by rail and tube operator Transport for London (TfL).
Legible London is being trialled in Bond Street for the next twelve weeks, providing pedestrians with information required to explore the city on foot.
TfL says it hopes that the system will be installed in central and east London boroughs for the 2012 Olympics and in Greater London by 2015.
