Consider SE as a set of tools that can ‘fix’ a given problem, much in the same way as a mechanic might choose a wrench or a spanner to achieve a particular task – it’s no different for SE and the best implementations are often the simplest. With SE the benefits will accrue all around, to suppliers, project stakeholders and the bottom line.
