EDDYTRON 302X - Hollow Axle Automated Tester

Custom designed hollow axle tester has been delivered to major European rail-wheels and axles manufacturer to inspect for internal bore surface flaws.
A high sensitivity eddy current method is used for inspection. Internal bore surface is verified for presence of longitudinal and transverse flaws. The test results can be stored in a database together with axle identification, time of test, customer, and other pertinent information. The system identified as Eddytron™ 302X allows testing of complete axle bore from one side.
