Absopulse's 30W Rugged DC/DC Converter Modules for Railway Applications

Absopulse Electronics' DCW 30R sSeries railway quality DC/DC converter modules deliver 30W output power. They meet all relevant railway standards including EN50155, EN50121-3-2 conducted and radiated EMI, EN55022 class B, and EN61000 immunity.
These converters offer nominal input voltage options of 24V, 48V, 72V, 96V or 110V dc with wide input ranges (EN 50155). Standard outputs include 12V, 24V, 48V or 110V. Other input and output values are available on request.
The DCW 30R units operate over a -25°C to +70°C cold-plate temperature range without derating. Cooling is via baseplate to a heatsinking surface and by natural convection. They are housed in a compact 94mm x 48mm x 160mm vented chassis mount enclosure, and weigh 550g. The DCW 30R modules are ruggedized and conformal coated for immunity to shock, vibration and moisture. They are also available in open-frame format.
The DCW 30R units have 3kVdc input to output isolation, inrush current limiting and reverse polarity protection at the input. Over-voltage protection, over-current, short circuit and thermal protection are standard.
