DC/DC Railway Converter with Wide Input Voltage Ranges in Plug-in (Eurocard) Format for 19in Rack-mount Applications

Absopulse Electronics' DCW 100R-EH Series is a plug-in dc/dc converter with wide input ranges designed for railway and other heavy-duty applications. It can be operated from 48VDC (28V to 74V range), 72Vdc (42V to 110V), 96VDC or 110VDC (57V to 168V) supply voltages. This 100W field-proven converter provides output voltages of 12V, 24V, 48V or 110VDC. Other input and output configurations are also available.
The DCW 100R-EH is designed to meet the requirements of EN 50155 for electronic equipment used on railway rolling stock. It also meets EN 55022 Class B EMI and EN 50121-3-2 (EMI and EMC). The unit features full electronic protection on the input and output, high efficiency and reliability.
This compact plug-in module measures 3Ux10HPmm and is typically used in 19in rack-mount applications. DCW 100R-EH is heavily ruggedized and conformal coated and designed to meet IEC 61373 Categories 1 A & B shock and vibration standards. Cooling is by natural convection and it performs to full specification at temperatures from -25°C to 70°C (Class T1).
