More than a HMI, a Real TMS!

PEP Modular Computers (now KONTRON Modular Computers) introduce on the railway market one of the first HMI directly connectable to Ethernet with respect of EN 50155 rules. This product is equipped with a 10.4 TFT colour display and a touchscreen panel.
Because it is modular and scalable (e2brain structure,www.e²brain.de), the product can run all the major operating systems (such as VxW, QNX, Linux and Microsoft packages) available today.
Equipped with a PowerPC module (824,5330MHz) and RTOS, this HMI can receive additional functions like discrete I/OS, gateways or wireless coms.
The respect of Intel compatibility can also be assured by using Xscale based e²brains.
