Eland Cables Signs a Contract with URL

Eland Cables has recently secured a multi-million pound contract to supply a significant amount of Network Rail's signalling cable requirements for maintenance 2007/2008.
The contract was awarded by Network Rail's purchasing agent for maintenance materials, Unipart Rail Logistics (URL), whose Contract Manager David Constance commented "Unipart Rail Logistics have been pleased with Eland Cables' competitiveness and continuous improvement philosophy, in line with the principles of The Unipart Way."
This award cements Eland's position as the leading supplier of Network Rail approved cable to the UK infrastructure market.
