You're welcome to the Railway automation forum.

Originally the forum was oriented to use by russian speaking people, but today it's opened for all.

Most of forum topics is written in Russian. Nethertheless due to built-in translator you can freely read forum topics (see pict. below).

в заголовке темы исправьте пожалуйста spoken на speaking. Пользователи не могут быть spoken (устными, сказанными), они могут быть speaking - говорящими.

Я бы перефразировал: was meant to be used by russian-speaking people(или users).

не уверен, но мне кажется, что здесь должно быть are written in Russian (топиков то много?).

имхо правильнее - mother tongue. или first language. хотя mother language тоже говорят.
